I was referred to Wes with Faith Heating and Air from a friend of mine. I’m a senior and very skeptical of making changes, but my air conditioning unit went out and the company (well, the one guy) I had been using was on vacation and I had no idea when he was returning. When I told my friend of my situation, she said “Call Wes with Faith Heating, he’ll take care of you” yeah take me for a ride I thought. But I made the phone call and sure enough, Wes was out the next day and fixed the problem. I thought for sure he was going to say I needed a new system, but low and behold it was something minor (don’t ask me what it was) and a little low on Freon. Wes fixed the problem and within an hour he was on his way and my air conditioning was working like a champ again (and it didn’t cost me an arm or a leg). Wes is my hero.

By far the best HVAC in the area! Have had countless problems with our original 18y old HVAC. Faith Heating & Air initially came out for a simple a/c outage fix, just a few months later we also had them take care of an ongoing furnace problem. We love how genuine, honest and fair they are, with an immediate response. Decided to stop the bleeding and replace the obsolete system. Wes came out the next day and did a full replacement. He was so knowledgeable- don't trust your HVAC to anyone else.

I never normally write reviews but having been stung by incompetent tradespeople in the past, I am pleased to reward excellent service with a great review. Wes came out when my old furnace broke. He identified the problem and gave me a number of options. I never once felt pressured and all aspects of the job were explained to me with enough technical detail that I felt competent enough to relate what we did to other people. We ended up having our 23 year old furnace replaced with a new one. The team was done in 2 hours and were courteous and professional. If only every trade business was run like this! I can only say if you have a problem, use Faith heating and air, they are great!

When other companies quoted me $300 just to LOOK at my furnace with potential charges for removing old parts, $$$ to purchase new parts, $$$ for labor, I was getting up into the price point where it'd make more sense to purchase a new furnace. Wes quickly located the cause of my problem (unused electric air filter motherboard burned out), and even tuned up the unit. My house used to have terrible air flow to the upper level. Summers/Winters were difficult. Now we get plenty of air conditioning and heat where we most need it. I'm due to replace my air conditioning unit with a new one. I have absolutely no doubt about who's getting called when I finally get around to doing it. Faith Heating & Air has earned my family's business for life.

Being the plant operations manager for a large apartment complex is no easy task. Not only do you have management looking down your back to stay on budget, but you have 370 residents to contend with as well. The facility is only a few years old, so the first year everything was covered under the warranty. Had a problem with any air conditioning unit, not a problem, call the contractor, he came out and it was covered under the warranty. Guess what happened year two…….that’s right. Not only was the contractor hard to find, but when he finally did come out, it was almost as if I was an annoyance to him and then when I got his bill….I know he had a slow year, but was he trying to make all of his money, back from me? Then we were referred to Faith Heating and Air. At first I reluctant, thinking they would be same as my original contractor, but little was I surprised. From the very first call, Wes and his crew put my mind at ease. They came out, knew what they were doing, we’re professional, courteous, kind to my residents and most of all their prices were reasonable. They didn’t try to sell me on something that we don’t need. That all began four years ago and we still are using (and will continue to use) Faith Heating and Air.
